In this document we explain how Naskia carries out the treatment of your personal data. You will be able to learn what data we collect, how we use it, for what purposes we use it, and with whom we share it. This is done in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations on personal data protection.

2. How We Collect Your Data

Naskia may obtain your personal data from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, when you register on the platform or when your administrator registers your account.
  • Through your use of the Naskia platform (activity logs, configuration preferences, PQRS, amenity bookings, assembly participation).
  • From the residential complex administrator, who is responsible for registering residents, owners, and security guards within their complex.
  • Through payment processing for subscriptions, via our payment gateway partner (Wompi).
  • Through cookies and similar technologies during your navigation of the platform (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Data Treatment

Naskia will use your personal data for the following purposes:

Validate your identity and manage your user account.
Provide and operate the Naskia SaaS platform and all its modules.
Process subscription payments and manage billing history.
Send platform notifications, announcements, and PQRS status updates.
Manage amenity booking schedules and assembly records.
Register visitor access logs and security incidents.
Respond to customer support requests, queries, complaints, and claims.
Perform statistical analysis to improve the platform.
Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Prevent fraud, money laundering, and illegal activities on the platform.

4. Information We Process

Naskia may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data (full name, national ID number, date of birth).
  • Contact data (email address, phone number, apartment address within the complex).
  • Platform role data (administrator, resident, owner, security guard) and associated complex, tower, floor, and apartment.
  • Financial data for subscription billing (processed and secured by our payment gateway; Naskia does not store card data).
  • Platform activity logs (access times, actions performed, PQRS filings, amenity bookings, assembly votes).
  • Visitor registration data (name, ID, vehicle plate, entry/exit times) managed by the security module.
  • Electronic records (navigation data, cookies, device information, IP address).

5. Sensitive Personal Data

Naskia does not require the collection of sensitive personal data (such as health data, ethnic origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs) for the operation of the platform. In the exceptional event that any such data is processed, it will be done only with your explicit, prior, and informed authorization. You are never obligated to provide sensitive data.

6. Your Rights as Data Subject (Titular)

In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have the following rights:

Know

Access your personal data free of charge and be informed of how it has been used.

Update

Request that incomplete, partial, or outdated personal data be updated.

Rectify

Request correction of inaccurate or incorrect personal data.

Revoke / Delete

Revoke authorization and request suppression of your personal data, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires its retention.

Complain

File a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of data protection regulations, after first exhausting the process with Naskia.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

Queries will be resolved within 10 business days. Claims will be resolved within 15 business days. These terms may be extended as provided by Law 1581 of 2012.
